Shipping Policy

We ensure your precious jewelry reaches you safely, quickly, and with complete transparency. Read our complete shipping guidelines below.

📦 1. Shipping Charges

We offer a flat shipping rate across all cities in Pakistan:

✨ Flat Rate: Rs. 150 per order ✨

No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping automatically (discount applied at checkout).

⏱️ 2. Delivery Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (order packing & quality check).

Shipping Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days from order confirmation.

We ship via trusted couriers: Leopards Courier, TCS, and Call Courier — depending on your location.

🔍 3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS (based on the contact information provided at checkout). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team immediately.

💵 4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

COD is available nationwide. You only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — exact amount (product price + Rs. 150 shipping). Please keep the exact cash ready as couriers may not carry change.

Other payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit cards (via secure gateway).

🏠 5. Undelivered / Reshipment

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery the next day. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In case of return due to customer unavailability, a reshipment fee of Rs. 150 will be charged to send the order again.

For any address change requests, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp.

⚠️ 6. Damaged / Lost in Transit

We take extreme care in packaging your jewelry. However, if your product arrives damaged or the package is tampered with, please:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the seal and damaged product.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a 100% replacement or full refund including shipping charges.

For lost packages, we will initiate a claim with the courier and refund you fully if the package is confirmed lost.

🌍 7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon — follow our social media for updates.
