All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will accurately represent the actual product.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Product Availability: All items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a replacement or full refund.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit cards. For COD orders, you must pay the exact amount to the courier upon delivery.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After 12 hours, the order may have been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 applies to all orders across Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. Reshipment fees may apply for address corrections.
Return Window: You may request a return within 2–3 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Amount: Eligible returns receive a 70% refund of the product price (30% restocking fee applies). However, if you choose an exchange, you receive 100% store credit — no deduction.
Non-Returnable Items: Earrings with broken hygiene seals, custom/personalized pieces, and items returned after 3 days are non-returnable.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video or clear photos. You will receive a 100% full refund including shipping costs.
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and tarnish-resistant. However, we do not offer a warranty against physical damage, scratches, or improper use.
